Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte

 

From the October/November 2017 issue of Eat Drink Mississippi 

​

1/2 cup Mississippi Cold Drip Chai Tea Concentrate

3/4 cup whole milk 

1 tablespoon maple syrup

2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

Whipping cream, optional 

Pinch of ground cinnamon, optional

​

Combine first four ingredients in a blender. Process until mixture is smooth. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired. Can be served hot or cold. 

​

Makes one latte.
