JACKSON, Miss. — Cantina Laredo will host an exclusive Tequila Dinner and Tasting in partnership with Casamigos Tequila on Thursday, March 22nd, at 7 p.m. The evening will begin with cocktails, followed by a four-course dinner with tequila pairings by Casamigos, the award-winning, ultra-premium tequila by George Clooney and Rande Gerber.
Each course prepared by Chef Scott Kyser has been selected to complement the tequilas. The menu includes: Mexican Street Corn on the Cob Pozole de Pollo Tacos de Filete with Black Beans and Carrots Escabeche OR Redfish Oscar topped with Chile de Arbol Sauce with Cilantro Lime Rice and Grilled Asparagus Coconut Cajeta Ice Cream
