Fall Harvest 

2 ounces Coopers Craft Bourbon 

1 ounce Monin* pumpkin syrup

1 ounce lemon juice 

2-3 ounces ginger beer

1 slice of fresh ginger

1 lemon slice 

Cinnamon stick


Shake first 3 ingredients in ice-filled Boston Shaker. Double strain into tall Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with cinnamon stick or thin slice of fresh ginger and lemon.
