Easy Cinnamon King Cake
From the December/January 2016 issue of Eat Drink Mississippi

3 cans of cinnamon rolls
1 jar cream cheese frosting
1 jar raspberry preserves
Mardi Gras colored sprinkles

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. On wax paper, roll out 3 cans of cinnamon rolls and flatten into 2 rows. Spread cream cheese frosting across flattened cinnamon rolls, then add the raspberry preserves on top.

Mold into a circle on a greased pan and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Take out of oven and let cool slightly.

Take the remaining cream cheese frosting and spread on top. Use purple, green, and gold sprinkles to top and serve.
