Comeback Dressing/Sauce
From the December/January 2018 issue of Eat Drink Mississippi

1 clove garlic, mined
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chili sauce or ketchup
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 cup Wesson oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 small onion, grated
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon water
Dash of Tabasco
Salt to taste

Measure out all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until everything is well combined.
​
Store in air-tight container. Refrigerate any unused dressing.
​
Makes about 1 quart.
