Bacon Avocado Dip


from the February/March 2015 issue of Eat Drink Mississippi

1 large avocado, peeled and mashed 

1/2 tomato, seeded and chopped

1/3 cup Blue Diamond Jalapeno Smokehouse Almonds, chopped

1/4 cup diced red onion

3 strips cooked bacon, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 teaspoon minced garlic 

Juice of 1/2 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips, vegetables, or your favorite flavor of Nut Thins.
